Before starting studying assembly procedure we recommend to look at your greenhouse diagram where you find description of all items from the assembly instructions.

The basic construction element of the greenhouse is a „ hockey stick“ created by joining the roof beam K with the wall beam E using a bracket M.
|

The very important step is the correct assembly of the base frames B that are to be bolted so that to let the central hole free.
|
|
|
On mounting the front gable join the bottom corner section C (left) with the roof corner section D (right) to create a „gable hockey stick“. The roof element must go over.
|

|
Bolt the left and right „gable hockey stick“ to the gable lintel G. The whole assembly complete by fixing a small gable to the „hockey stick“ ends.
|

|
Bolt both front gable stalks - one of them has 4 holes for door hinges, the other the 10mm hole for door catch - to the gable „hockey sticks“.

Fastening midfeathers to the door stalk. The whole greenhouse (two face walls) has 6 left and 6 right partitions that differ both in lenght and bevel.

Fasten the whole front gable frame to the base frame with bolts M6x30. Join only part A with door stalks H, not the frame A with bottom corner section C.
|

|
Place the assembled front gable frame on the greenhouse base and join with the side base frame B - then bolt the frame with the bottom corner section C.
|
|
|
Back gable assembly procedure is the same as the front one - but instead of the door use three horizontal equal lenght partitions.

|
Before completing the roof assembly fasten hingers for the vent to the ridge capping F.
|
|
|
Using the bolts M6x30 join the front gable with the upper ringe capping F and bottom bracing ringe tile T.
|
|
|
„Side „hockey sticks“ assembly - bolt the longer arms to the base frame, push them between the bracing ringe T and upper ringe F on top and bolt together.
|
|
|
Joining the binding bar G to the front gable frame - the wider part of the bar is always oriented down.
|
|
|
Screw the vent to the two hingers on the upper ringe.
|
|
|
Perform glass-glazing.
|
|
|
Fasten the glass panes in place with special simple or double clips.
