Our greenhouses are characterized in the unique framing design that requires no welding. They are assembled from 1.3mm galvanized sheet profiles only with bolts and nuts. All parts of the kit are clearly marked, so the step-by-step instructions included with every structure makes our greenhouses easy to assemble to every skillful handyman.
If you don't dare to assemble your greenhouse by yourself, Tobiáš' experienced staff will do it for you on prior request (assembly price is not included).
We recommend to build a solid foundation for your kit greenhouse (see below). If you don't want to build solid foundation, you can use the wood balk frame with breezing or concrete breezed lintels possibly steel or wood piles chapped into the ground added with a girder on top etc. We are able to supply you a steel base frame on piles suitable mainly for smaller greenhouses manufactured with 3mm steel sheet with rust-proof comaxite finish.
To avoid problems with greenhouse fitting there is IMPERATIVE to keep the OUTSIDE base dimensions of the concrete foundation so that the splash-board could fit correctly! In case of concrete foundation the 1.5cm deviation is acceptable.
For wood or steel foundation where greater dimension accuracy is assumed we reccomend to enlarge the ouside dimmensions versus dimensions stated in the diagram by 1cm around the whole foundation perimeter.
Select the best possible foundation for OPTIMAL, ZENTRAL and MAXIMAL greenhouse models - conrete, with brick sleeper wall or wood bulk frame.
For Lean-To greenhouses SATELIT 2 and SATELIT 2,5 (to be attached to the house wall) - you can built the conrete sleeper wall to the freezing depth or to use piles flushed to the freezing depth with base frame from structural steel on top.
